A personal coaching, adapted to your goals and ambitions. With this option you get a tailor made session every time ! You’ll also receive a custom diet plan to reach your goals faster!

Group session

Do you feel more motivated when surrounded? Then this option is the one for you! Book a group lesson and workout in small groups of 2-4 people . Enjoy fun workouts with others now!

Duo

Train with a friend, your partner or a colleague during our duo sessions. Alison will prepare sessions that are adapted to your goals and you’ll share a special moment with your friend.

Online Nutrition Coaching

Can’t be there in person? No problem, you can get in touch online, work on a training program and send your sessions to Alison, she will review them with you and help you progress.

My philosophy

We are starting your fitness journey as a team ! The following will be our main focus :

-        We appreciate our body for what it can do not for what it looks like.

-        We fuel our body with nutritious (and delicious) food, we don’t diet.

-        We exercise because we can and it’s a blessing, not to burn that brownie we ate last night.

-        We celebrate every victory (whether this means losing weight, gaining muscles, hitting a new personal record, being able to do a pushup or showing up on a bad day !).

-        We enjoy and trust the process, we don’t rush it !

As your nutrition is the key for good results, together, and without dieting, we will create a food plan that will suit your lifestyle and your tastes !

The goal is to find a sustainable lifestyle (including steps or any form of mouvement, meals, and social life) that you will keep forever !

Get a check-up with a physical therapist

We offer a check-up with a trusted physical therapist to each new client. Why? Because we believe in building trainings that take into account your strengths and weaknesses and work with them to make you stronger and make you progress. The goal is always to help you feel better, and taking care of your self is a huge step in achieving this.

But it doesn’t end here! Clients will also benefit from a 10% discount for their 1st session with Antoine Moeyersoms, our physical therapist. You can get more details about this when you contact us.
