I offer 4 types of programs: solo, duo, group classes or online trainings!

All our programs are curated by Alison, she’ll define your goals with you and help you reach them with a structured plan. Alison takes the time to discuss your objectives, work with you and help you push yourself. The sessions are 45 minutes each and include several types of exercises including: weights, machines and cardio. The goal is to maximise your time with an intense and productive workout. During those 45 minutes, we will focus on making the strongest version of yourself while keeping/increasing your mobility and flexibility.

According to your goals, we can put the focus more on :

  • the performance : jumping high, running fast, lifting heavy, etc.

  • the aesthetic : working on hypertrophy, toning up, having visible muscles.

  • or obviously a mix of both !

What you need to know before starting ?

  • Whether your goal is aesthetic or performance, food is your fuel and will play 80% of your result. I will provide you with a food-plan but you have to follow it if you want to see results !

  • A proper warm up is mandatory to avoid any form of injury. Show up to your training 5-10 minutes before it actually starts so we can start straight away !

  • If your goal is to lose weight, you can add 15 minutes cardio at the end of your session on the machine to burn even more calories.

  • If your goal is to build strength, you can add 15 minutes cardio at the beginning of your session.

  • Last but not least, you are starting your training with a free session with a physical therapist to make sure you don’t have any unknown imbalance or injury.
