About me
Personal trainer and nutritionist, I started my own fitness journey in 2020.
I lost 20kg and built over 7-kg of muscles… but that’s not all…
Working on different habits (getting up early, working out, walking more, drinking my 2 litres of water and sleeping my 8 hours a day), I built a safe place (also known as my life) where even my craziest dreams didn’t allow me to go.
That’s when I realised I wanted to share this passion with the rest of the world.
I started studying nutrition, and then followed multiple personal training (including contortion and gymnastic with Olga Pikhienko, main performer of ‘Cirque du soleil’ and powerlifting with Lya Bavoil world record and world champion in powerlifting).
And it’s been now my job and passion to help people finding the best version of themselves.

Discover the programs
I offer 4 types of programs: solo, duo, group classes or online trainings!
All our programs are curated by Alison, she’ll define your goals with you and help you reach them with a structured plan. Alison takes the time to discuss your objectives, work with you and help you push yourself. The sessions are 45’ minutes each and include several types of exercises including: weights, machines and cardio. The goal is to maximise your time with an intense and productive workout. During those 45 minutes, we will focus on making the strongest version of yourself while keeping/increasing your mobility and flexibility.

1:1
A personal coaching, adapted to your goals and ambitions. With this option you get a tailor made session every time ! You’ll also receive a custom diet plan to reach your goals faster!
Group session
Do you feel more motivated when surrounded? Then this option is the one for you! Book a group lesson and workout in small 2-4 people - groups. Enjoy fun workouts with others now!
Duo
Train with a friend, your partner or a colleague during our duo sessions. Alison will prepare sessions that are adapted to your goals and you’ll share a special moment with your lo.
Online Nutrition Coaching
Can’t be there in person? No problem, you can get in touch online, work on a training program and send your session to Alison, she will review them with you and help you progress.
